If you love the Glam Rock scene past or present, then this movie is worth a viewing. Velvet Goldmine is loosely based on David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust character and takes place in Britain in the height of the 70's Glam Rock scene. It can get a little dark at times but it's a decent story and the costumes are fantastic! Here are a few pics from the movie and the trailer. A good Sunday afternoon movie.
