The Holiday season is upon us! This means dressing up in your fiercest outfits and makeup for those late night parties, and....er....family gatherings if your feeling a little rebellious! :) 
I'm totally loving this shoot with model Iris Strubegger! Fur, lace, skin tight shinny pants....very Rock N Roll chic! I think the different jackets she is wearing really make the whole look complete. Sometimes I can be in just jeans and a t-shirt, but then I throw on a big furry coat and some chunky jewelry and instantly feel like a rockstar......even if it is just to the grocery store. :)

If you love the Glam Rock scene past or present, then this movie is worth a viewing. Velvet Goldmine is loosely based on David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust character and takes place in Britain in the height of the 70's Glam Rock scene.

I'm seriously loving the rock n roll vibe in this shoot! Plus the fact that it features 2 of my all time favorite models Georgia May Jagger, daughter of rock legend Mick Jagger, and Sasha Pivovarova, one of the highest paid models right now. They're all pretty fierce though and look like they could be taken from a page in glam rock time.

I've been waiting for these boots to come out for months and I'm so happy I snagged a pair! I got them from Edge of Urge. They are Jeffery Campbell Lita Glitter Platforms and they are fierce!
My handsome husband also got me an early X-mas gift.....the Jeffery Campbell Glitter Lydia Platforms. 
Now all I need is a really cool glam rock event and I'm all set! Of course I'll probably wear them to the grocery store just because. :)
